I've seen a LOT of comments on social media regarding health/weight loss/nutrition/exercise/etc. And those comments hit every part of the spectrum from intense "push to look like a fitness model" remarks, to "include all body's at every size no matter what". And this is probably not a popular opinion, but I feel like the "right" answer lies somewhere in between. We currently have an overweight/obesity epidemic in our country right now. It's a straight up fact. 60% of our adult population (18 and up) is overweight or obese. NOW...what does that mean? Herein lies the problem. For many people, it means health problems that require doctors' visits, medications, and a near-constant struggle to feel better. For others, it doesn't mean that much.
